Dunedoo Preschool Renovation & Extension

The contract was a design and construct for the Year 5 classroom extension. Works included preparing architectural and engineering documentation, whilst the subsequent construction works included demolition of existing walls, new suspended concrete floor, new brick work, timber wall frames and rafters, structural steel beams, new colorbond roof and plumbing works, new and reuse existing windows, new doors, insulation and gyprocking to new internal walls, electrical and data services, fire services, new air conditioning units, new floor coverings, painting to new and existing, new bifold internal walls, new external stairs and professionally cleaned on completion.
