John is the managing director and has over 20 years experience in managing both commercial and residential projects ranging from anywhere in value from $100,000 up to $1,500,000. His skills and roles include tendering projects, contract administration and over seeing the projects for the project supervisor. John has excellent organisational skills which ensures projects are completed within, if not before, the agreed timeframes.

John is the managing director for our Dubbo office and is also a qualified carpenter and has been the lead supervisor on the majority of projects over the past 10 years. John has a great eye for detail which ensures projects are completed to the highest quality whilst also successfully implementing and managing our integrated management system over this time.

E:

Sarah is our Health and Safety Officer, responsible for monitoring the company’s onsite Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S), quality, and environmental requirements. Her typical duties include preparing and conducting site inductions, overseeing daily sign-in and sign-out processes, and ensuring that Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) are submitted and reviewed. Sarah also manages the project handover, including preparation of all required documentation.
