John is the managing director and has over 20 years experience in managing both commercial and residential projects ranging from anywhere in value from $100,000 up to $1,500,000. His skills and roles include tendering projects, contract administration and over seeing the projects for the project supervisor. John has excellent organisational skills which ensures projects are completed within, if not before, the agreed timeframes.

John is the managing director for our Dubbo office and is also a qualified carpenter and has been the lead supervisor on the majority of projects over the past 10 years. John has a great eye for detail which ensures projects are completed to the highest quality whilst also successfully implementing and managing our integrated management system over this time.

Adam is our lead tender and contract manager and has been in the industry for over 10 years. Adams typical role(s) on a project includes organising the trades and suppliers throughout the construction, including undertaking daily and weekly meetings with client and relevant trades. Adam is also be the onsite
quality control officer and ensure ITPs are being completed as required.

Sarah is our health and safety officer and monitors our companies OH&S, quality and environmental requirements onsite. Sarahs typical role(s) includes preparing and undertaking site inductions, ensuring everyone is signing in and out each day, ensure SWMS are being submitted and checked off. Sarah also prepares the handover including all documentation.

Trent is a qualified carpenter and has over 10 years’ experience in the construction industry and over the past 5 years has been our lead site supervisor. Trent’s typical role(s) on a project includes being the lead site supervisor, organising trades at the start of each day, liaising with our project manager and general carpentry work.
