Scope of Work

OMNI Building delivered a comprehensive scope of works to upgrade and expand the church facility.

The project included:

Alterations to the existing church building, including selective demolition and structural modifications
Construction of a new entry and welcoming foyer area
Development of a large gathering space for congregation and community use
Installation of a commercial-style kitchen and servery to support events and functions
Construction of a parents’ room and supporting community spaces
Installation of new accessible and ambulant toilet facilities in accordance with NCC requirements
Creation of an outdoor breakout area for informal gatherings
Civil works including driveway upgrades, stormwater infrastructure, and site improvements
Integration of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and fire services
Internal finishes, joinery, ceilings, flooring, and lighting upgrades throughout the new spaces
